The hostel, completely renovated in 2021, has renewed its services to allow guests to enjoy their stay "at its best".

SERVICES INCLUDED

THE BREAKFAST

It is served on the first floor from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, in the new and functional cafeteria. you will find espresso coffee (bar machine), cappuccino, hot and cold milk, butter, jams, rusks, snacks, cereals, fruit juices of your choice and mineral water.

THE SHEETS

Each bed is equipped with a set of sheets and, depending on the season, a blanket and quilt.

WI-FI

With the recent renovation, 15 managed access points have been installed. These guarantee excellent reception of the wi-fi signal in every corner of the hostel. To access it, just assign a "Mi PIace" to the Facebook page of the hostel. For those who need a PC there is an Internet Point on the first floor of the hostel.

RECEPTION

The hostel is always accessible for those who are already guests.
The reception is open from 08:00 to 21:00, by which time it is possible to check-in.
Check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.

CLEANING

All common areas and bathrooms in the rooms are cleaned every day.
The rooms are also cleaned at each check-out and periodically for long-term guests.

LUGGAGE STORE

If your room is not ready at the time of your arrival, you can leave your luggage for free and go around the city.
On the day of departure, having to leave the room within the check-out time, you can deposit them again and collect them when you decide to leave.

TOURIST OFFICE

At the reception you will find all the promotional material of the city of Parma and the province of Parma.
The staff will be able to provide you with all the information on urban and extra-urban, air and rail connections, itineraries and excursions in the naturalistic oases.

SATELLITE TV AND COMMON SPACES

On the first floor, in a comfortable and welcoming room, you can watch satellite programs and / or a good movie.
The same space can be used for small meetings or conferences.

RESTAURANT

The restaurant service is active at lunch and dinner for small or large groups who book it. When the restaurant is active, other individual guests can also join.

BIKE RENT

In front of the front door of the hostel it is possible to rent a bike thanks to the "Mimuovoinbici" service of the Municipality of Parma.

BATH LINEN RENTAL

For guests in bed it is possible to rent a complete set of linen: shower towel, towels. Private room guests will find these effects already present in their bathroom at no extra cost.

CAFETTERIA

On the ground floor there is a new cafeteria that offers food & wine-bar services combined with Reception hours (from 08:00 to 22:00).

LAUNDRY AND DRYER

In the hostel you will find professional elettrolux machines connected to a modern detergent dosing system.
It is possible to wash, with detergent, softener and sanitizer included, and dry. Just contact the Reception.

KITCHEN

On the ground floor, there is the hostel kitchen. It is possible to book lunch or dinner for both individual guests and groups.

CONFERENCE ROOM

The multimedia room can be used by groups who want to hold aggregation initiatives in the hostel.

PARKING AREA

The hostel has a convenient private car park with video surveillance at a cost of Euro 5.00 per day.
